Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Full payment for Little Skills multi-week Workshops is due to Real Life Pediatric Occupational Therapy upon registration. All workshops are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made in writing more than 3 weeks prior to the start of the workshop. We only accept cancellation requests by phone (416-795-4903) or email (lthompson@realLifeOT.ca) and do not accept cancellation requests by text message. No make-up classes are offered for non-attendance except in rare circumstances (e.g. sudden onset health emergencies). If a workshop is cancelled by Real Life Pediatric Occupational Therapy, registrants will receive a refund or be eligible for a make up class. Real Life Pediatric Occupational Therapy may substitute a workshop instructor at short notice due to staffing changes. All workshop instructors are full qualified, and the Cancellation & Refund policy will remain in place regardless of substitutions.
